Cancellation and Refund/Replacement Policy:

All sales made through the website are final. Refunds/Replacements will only be granted if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer support team at admin@scruffx.com to initiate a refund request. However, even if the refund is granted, the customer is liable to pay the delivery fees. Any damaged, torn, or otherwise manipulated item shall not be refunded. The refund will be initiated immediately after the product is returned within 1-7 working days.

Items can be cancelled before they are dispatched; to cancel an item, please contact customer service at admin@scruffx.com. If the item is already dispatched, it can only be refunded after deduction of the delivery and service charges.
